Pettett Properties was founded in 1967 by builder/developer Charles Pettett of Roswell, GA. He has built a reputation in North Fulton for quality construction and unparalled integrity. Forty years later, his son, Perry Pettett and daughter, Pam Dilbeck, continue to lead the business with the same values.

Perry is a Certified Professional Homebuilder, which recognizes his dedication to maintaining the highest level of professionalism, customer service, and homeowner satisfaction. He works closely with each homebuyer to make their home both beautiful and comfortable. Perry and his family have chosen to live in Heydon Hall themselves because of the picturesque setting and the unique character of the neighborhood.
